Participants commit to working on their project for at least one hour each day, fostering discipline, growth, and collaboration across diverse cohorts selected through an application process.
The program includes twice-weekly goal-setting meetings, daily progress updates, and weekly accountability reports, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and support.
Participants can earn up to $500 based on their engagement, with deductions for missed deadlines.
The program culminates in an in-person Demo Day, where participants showcase their work to judges, family, and the community, with opportunities to win additional prizes.
